The guarantee. When you choose a delivery date for a printed card, we promise it arrives on that date at the address you gave. If it does not, we refund the full order and send the recipient a free e-card. The guarantee requires a correct, complete UK mainland address and applies to the first delivery attempt by the carrier.

Changes. You can change a card until it goes to print; the deadline is shown on your order page. After that, it is printed as it stands.

Personalised goods. Printed cards are made for you and cannot be returned, but we replace or refund anything damaged or wrong.

Content. Please only upload photos and words you have the right to use and that are not unlawful or hateful. We may decline to print content that is.

Prices. Shown all-in, including delivery, in pounds sterling. Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe.
