Delivery and the guarantee

Every printed card goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24 from our printer in London. When you choose a date, we promise the card arrives on that date. If it doesn't, we refund the whole order and send the recipient a free e-card straight away, and the printed card still arrives.

On the day

Choose a date at least a few days away and we dispatch early so it lands on the day. You can change the card right up until it goes to print.

Tomorrow, guaranteed

Shown only on weekday mornings before our printer's cut-off, for delivery the next working day.

Where we can't promise

Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and international addresses are outside the guarantee for now. Sundays have no post, so Saturday is the nearest promise.
